Moving often proves very stressful for tenants, which is why we've created this handy checklists. Whether you're moving into a new property or you're headed out, read through the information below to get answers to many of your pressing questions.

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
Your first month's rent and your security deposit are both due at the lease signing. If any additional deposits are payable, these will also be due at this time. Please be sure to confirm the amounts in advance.
Move-in Date & Inspection
Your move-in date will be set at the lease signing. If any inspections are necessary, we will also schedule one at that time.
We require all utility accounts to be placed in the leaseholder's name. Please take care of this within 48 hours to avoid unnecessary administrative fees or utility cutoffs.
Notice of Intent to Vacate
Please provide written notice of your intent to vacate the property. Refer to your lease if you have any questions.
Your property must be returned to rent-ready condition before vacating the home. Please empty all belongings from the property, thoroughly clean the rental, and address any damage that occurred during your stay. If substantial damages have occurred, please speak to a member of our team to find an amicable solution.
Your security deposit covers any damages that occur in your rental property. Please remember, this deposit is not your final month's rent and you still need to pay rent as usual before your last 30 days.
We will conduct an assessment of your home after you move out. If damages need to be taken care of, we will schedule these and deduct the expenses from your deposit. Any remaining funds will be returned to you as quickly as possible.
